Get Away…and Enjoy the Ride

Join us in the "Land of the Big Sky" for our "Premiere" Cattle Drive. We offer an authentic Cattle Drive that journeys for six event filled days and nights through the rolling hills and pine tree dotted ridges of scenic Southeastern Montana.

The drive consists of 4-6 horse drawn wagons driven by experienced teamsters; small herd of longhorn cattle trailed by drovers; as well as a remuda of extra horses trailed by the horse wranglers.

The wildlife and open spaces create a picturesque beauty beyond imagination. The freshness of the air exhilarates ones' senses and incomparable sights of nature stimulate a deep appreciation for the earth and it's natural resources.

You’re Gonna’ Fall In Love – With Montana

Southeastern Montana is an area rich in history where many of our pioneer forefathers crossed, Native Americans lived and died, and where the skirmishes leading up to the Battle of the Little Big Horn took place. It is a land of sagebrush, buffalo grass, and tawny prairie grass knee high covering the vast landscape. The climate in this area can be extreme and the sights breathtaking.

Coffee and A Smile Here Anytime

Between the kitchen staff, the transportation crew, the Guest Wranglers, et al, there are more than 50 in help, which amounts to practically one staffer for each guest.

On a typical day, you'll steer the herd of mobile beef into camp about four in the afternoon and find - to your complete relief - that your personal tent has already been set up for you. Furthermore, your luggage has been delivered in advance of your arrival from last night's camping spot.

While riding, you pass beneath Montana's aptly-named Big Sky, through some of the most beautiful country you're likely to see anywhere. Not a day passes when you won't be spotting pockets of antelope, mule deer, jackrabbits, pheasant, and even patriotic eagles soaring overhead.
